Our fiery and sweet Habanero and Ghost Pepper Popcorn snacks have been very successful, but we kept getting requests for something with a little less heat. So after many tests, we came up with a recipe for a caramel popcorn-like snack, that is crunchy, sweet, with just a bit of fire.
Along the way to dialing in the recipe, we have tweeked the recipes for the other two popcorns, so those are now a tiny bit sweeter and with a better crunch. We have also addressed packaging issues and have new bags, but with the same natural kraft look. And the new packaging is allowing us to put a little bit more into each bag.
