What do you get when you make a strawberry-balsamic jam and mix in a generous amount of jolokia pepper? JolokiBerry Jam!
We are very happy to finally introduce our newest fiery product, made with locally grown California Strawberries. This recipe has been in development for over a year.
We will be officially introducing this fiery jam at this year’s National Fiery Foods & BBQ Show in Albuquerque, New Mexico (March 4-6, 2011). If you are in the area, please stop by our booth (#122) and get a taste of this awesome jam.
A delicious blend of sweet California strawberries mixed with some fire from the Bhut Jolokia Ghost Pepper. Try it on some vanilla ice cream drizzled with some chocolate sauce. Great on a bagel with cream cheese or baked in the oven with brie and puff pastry.
For those in the Los Angeles area, there are two locations that are getting early deliveries and will have a limited supply within a few days of this post. Check out the shelves of either The Conservatory or Surfas and ask them if you don’t see it. (You can find their addresses on our Buy page.)
